All photographs, videos, and content displayed on this website are protected by copyright and may not be copied, downloaded, reproduced, distributed, or used in any form without prior written permission, unless otherwise stated.


This website and its content are provided on an “as is” basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, we make no warranties or representations regarding the completeness, reliability, availability, or accuracy of the information contained on this website.

  1. BOOKING AND CONFIRMATION

A booking is considered confirmed upon either:


  • written confirmation by the client (via email, messaging platform, or signed quotation), or

  • receipt of payment (deposit or full payment, where applicable).



We may, at our discretion, provisionally block dates prior to payment, particularly for corporate clients. Such provisional holds do not guarantee availability until confirmation is received.

  1. FEES, DEPOSITS, AND PAYMENT

Fees are quoted on a case-by-case basis and confirmed in writing.


  • A booking deposit may be required to secure the event date, particularly for private or non-corporate events.

  • Deposit amounts and payment terms are determined per booking and stated in the quotation.

  • Unless otherwise stated, deposits are non-refundable.



Corporate clients may be invoiced after service delivery, subject to agreed payment terms. Payment timelines may vary by client and will be stated on the invoice or quotation.

  1. CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULING

Client Cancellation


  • Where a deposit has been paid, the deposit will be forfeited upon cancellation.

  • Where no deposit has been paid, no further charges apply.


Rescheduling


  • Rescheduling requests are subject to availability.

  • If we are unavailable for the rescheduled date, any deposit paid will be forfeited.


  1. DELIVERABLES AND TIMELINES

Photography

  • An estimated delivery of approximately 50 edited images per hour of event coverage, subject to the nature and conditions of the shoot.

  • A selection of preview images (up to 15) may be delivered on the same day.

  • Express delivery of a small number of images may be provided upon request, subject to availability.

  • Full gallery delivery within 7 days of the event, unless otherwise agreed.



Videography

  • First draft delivered within 48 hours of event completion.

  • Includes up to two rounds of revisions, with each revision turnaround typically within 24 hours, subject to scope.

  • Additional revisions may incur extra charges.



All deliverables are provided via an online gallery or digital download link, which will remain accessible for up to three (3) months from the event date unless otherwise arranged.


Raw or unprocessed files are not provided.

  1. CREATIVE CONTROL AND LIMITATIONS

We retain full creative discretion regarding image selection, editing style, colour grading, and composition.


The client acknowledges that outcomes may be affected by factors beyond our control, including lighting conditions, weather, venue restrictions, timelines, or subject cooperation. Specific shots or outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

  1. LIABILITY AND INABILITY TO PERFORM

We retain full creative discretion regarding image selection, editing style, colour grading, and composition.


The client acknowledges that outcomes may be affected by factors beyond our control, including lighting conditions, weather, venue restrictions, timelines, or subject cooperation. Specific shots or outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
